Loading Systems

For dustfree loading of bulk materials of all kinds in many types of storage or transport modes. They are always supplied as complete, compatible units. The robust and efficient construction allows loading rates of up to 1000 t/h depending on the bulk material and temperature ranges from -40° to +120°C, in special cases up to max. +600°C.

We offer electronic, electromechanical, and pneumatic measurement for fill levels.

Our product portfolio is supplemented by a large number of special-purpose equipment, e.g. vibration devices, spreader plates, electric winches, wear protection rubbers, cups, and tubes made of extremely abrasion-proof materials, as well as metal parts that are galvanized or made of chrome-nickel steel sheet.

The loading equipment is supplied as complete units matching the connections and the existing discharges to silos, worm screws, wheels, etc. The diameters of loading hoses depend on the type of bulk material and the loading rate.

Our loading systems are available in a number of different versions:

	• System 4000	-	Single loading system without vent connection with 3 rope guides
	• System 4010	-	Double loading system with vent connection and 3 rope guides
	• System 4020	-	Double loading system with vent connection, 1 rope guide, and taper closure
	• System 4030	-	Double loading system with and without vent connection, 1 and 3 rope guides. Inner sheet metal cups for abrasive bulk materials
	• System 4040	-	Double loading system with and without vent connection, 1 and 3 rope guides. Inner telescopic tubes for abrasive bulk materials
	• System 4050	-	Double loading system with integral filter connection, outer 3 rope guides and taper closure. Inner hose, telescopic tubes, or cups
